Meditate Regularly

The practice of meditation can help reduce the negative energy that you feel in your life.

Take out 10 minutes from your life every day.

You can use applications such as Calm, Headspace, or Youtube to learn meditation.

Meditation reduces stress, controls anxiety, removes negative thoughts, and helps you focus.

Count Down To 10

This is a very useful technique when you find yourself in anger.

If you are angry at a situation or a person then take a moment and count down from 1 to 10.

You will see your focus shift away from the anger and on the counting.

You will start to understand the root cause of your anger and it will subside.

Exercise

Sometimes when we are angry, we need to release energy.

One positive way to channel the energy is by exercising.

Hit the gym, go for a run, or simply stretch.

This will tire your body out, increase blood flow and take your mind away from the anger.
